The items in the Studio Shop are ready to ship. Please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing and shipping preparation, and 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing USPS tracking information.

Alex Steele is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Purchasing the Route package protection is highly recommended. Please double check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

ORDERS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you would like to cancel an order before it ships, a store credit code for the purchase will be issued including any taxes and shipping charges.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Alex Steele Studio does not store your credit card information at any time.

TAXES

Alameda County, CA sales tax of 9.25% is only applied to online orders placed by buyers within the state of California. The tax is solely added to products and is not applied to shipping costs.
